Our chrome line plating process takes your parts through a series of tanks, resulting in a beautiful chrome-plated final product. With our large nickel chrome tanks, we have the ability to plate large, highly cosmetic parts such as: bumpers, exhaust and other large parts;
Soaks and Cleaner Tanks
Soaks and cleaner tanks are used to remove oils, metal shavings, compounds and other contaminations. Tank temperature can range from 180-190 degrees Fahrenheit.
Nickel Tanks
Nickel coating provides strong corrosion resistance, enhances surface hardness, and improves the overall appearance of metal parts with a smooth, shiny finish. It also adds wear resistance and can reduce friction in mechanical applications.
Electro Acid Tanks
